How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view the status in your Orders page.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping (1–2 days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. This is automatically applied at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Start a return from your Orders page.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return. The amount will appear on your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Return the original item and place a new order. If you need help, contact our support team.
